Content Visible to Others
When you post content publicly on the Platform — for example, on your profile or on another user’s profile via comments — it becomes visible to everyone, including search engines.
Any information you voluntarily share on the Platform, including your profile details, may be accessed and reshared by other users. Please be mindful when choosing what to share and with whom, as people who can view your content may further share it on or off the Platform, including with audiences you did not originally intend.
For example, if you post content or send a message to specific users, those users could download, re-share, or distribute that content more broadly. Similarly, when you comment on or like another user's post, your interaction becomes visible to anyone who can see the original content.
Other users may also create and share content about you — such as tagging you in posts or uploading photos featuring you — with their chosen audiences.
We reserve the right to display all public content on our Platform across social media, websites, or other online and offline platforms.
We will never rent or sell your Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Any sharing will only occur in an anonymized form unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy.
Sharing Within Our Group Companies
We may share your Personal Information with other companies within our corporate group. "Group" refers to any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with us, either directly or indirectly.
What You Share with Others
When you use the Platform to share content, you control the audience you share it with.
For example, if you choose to post Platform content on third-party applications like Facebook or WhatsApp, you decide who can view it (such as specific friends, groups, or the public).
Please note that once you share information externally, we do not control how those third parties may use, reshare, or distribute your content. We are not responsible for how individuals with whom you choose to share your content handle that information.
Sharing with Third Parties
We may share your information, including Personal Information, with carefully selected third parties in the following circumstances:
Business Partners, Suppliers, and Sub-Contractors ("Affiliates"):
We may share information with our Affiliates to help provide, support, improve, and expand the Service, as well as to assist them with their own service offerings.
Advertisers and Advertising Networks:
We may share aggregate, non-identifiable user information with advertisers and advertising networks to help them deliver relevant ads to you and others. For instance, we might inform advertisers about the number of women in a certain age group who clicked on a particular ad. We do not share personally identifiable information with advertisers without your consent.
Government Agencies and Law Enforcement:
We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to:
Comply with a legal obligation or a valid government request,
Protect the rights, property, our users, or the public,
Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, public safety concerns, or technical problems.

We encourage you to periodically review this page to stay informed about any updates. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
While we implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your Personal Information, no method of transmission over the Internet is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data transmitted to the Platform; any such transmission is at your own risk. Once your data is received, we follow strict procedures and utilize appropriate security features to try and prevent unauthorized access.
You have full control over your content and personal information on Bissibale. You may remove or delete content from your profile, or delete your entire account at any time through your app settings. However, as per our data retention policies, we may continue to retain certain activity records and metadata even after deletion for compliance and operational purposes.
You may also correct, update, or delete your Personal Information at any time by logging into your account and editing your profile. Under Section 5(7) of the same Rules, you also have the right to withdraw your consent for the continued collection or processing of your data. However, please be aware that certain features of the Platform may not function properly if required permissions are revoked. For example, we may require access to your camera or media storage to allow posting images or videos on the Platform.
You may also ask us not to process your data for marketing purposes at any time. To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us at [developer@mithra-live.com]. We may take up to 30 (thirty) days to respond to and act on your request.
We do not retain your Sensitive Personal Information—such as passwords and any other data defined as "sensitive" under Section 3 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011—for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was lawfully collected. Once these purposes are fulfilled, such information is securely deleted in accordance with applicable legal and operational standards.
However, we may retain certain user-generated content, including but not limited to videos, images, and call recordings, in specific situations. This may include:
fulfilling contracts with third-party partners,
meeting business and operational needs of the Platform,
delivering services you’ve opted for, and
complying with applicable legal requirements.
You may request the deletion of your content at any time, and we will take appropriate steps to honor such requests. You also have the option to delete your account. In some cases, accounts may be automatically deleted following a prolonged period of inactivity.
